We’re seeking a Social Content Lead based in Dubai to craft and execute our social media strategy, driving brand awareness and engagement across key platforms. This role blends creative content creation with community management and analytics to amplify LiquiState’s voice in the blockchain and real-world asset finance space.

The Role

We are hiring a Social Content Lead to develop and implement engaging social media campaigns and content that resonate with global and regional audiences. You will be responsible for building our social communities, managing content calendars, and analyzing performance to continuously improve reach and engagement.

Working closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams, you will ensure all social content aligns with LiquiState’s brand values, compliance standards, and strategic goals.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Developing and executing social media strategies tailored to LiquiState’s target audiences.
• Creating compelling, on-brand content across platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and emerging channels.
• Managing content calendars, scheduling posts, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Engaging with community members, responding to inquiries, and fostering positive interactions.
• Analyzing social media metrics to optimize content performance and growth.
• Collaborating with marketing and product teams to amplify campaigns and launches.
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Ensuring all social media activities comply with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media content and communities, preferably within fintech, blockchain, or tech sectors.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and visual content creation skills.
• Familiarity with social media tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
• Ability to engage authentically with diverse online communities.
• Understanding of blockchain, crypto, or real-world asset finance is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Based in or willing to work closely with the Dubai time zone.

Bonus Points

• Experience running social campaigns in the MENA region.
• Knowledge of multiple languages, especially Arabic and English.
• Background in video editing or graphic design.
• Experience with influencer partnerships and content marketing strategies.
