We’re looking for an On-Chain Treasury and Liquidity Analyst to oversee and optimize LiquiState’s treasury operations and liquidity management on-chain. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep blockchain understanding, and financial acumen to ensure the platform’s funds are managed securely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory standards.

The Role

We are seeking an On-Chain Treasury and Liquidity Analyst to manage and analyze LiquiState’s treasury balances and liquidity positions within the blockchain ecosystem. You will track on-chain flows, assess liquidity risks, optimize capital deployment, and support governance decisions to safeguard the platform’s financial health.

You will work closely with engineering, product, compliance, and finance teams to provide real-time insights and develop strategies that enhance treasury efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Monitoring and analyzing on-chain treasury balances, liquidity pools, and asset flows.
• Evaluating liquidity risk and recommending optimization strategies for capital allocation.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to develop dashboards and tools for real-time treasury analytics.
• Supporting treasury governance through data-driven reporting and scenario modeling.
• Ensuring treasury activities align with compliance standards and internal risk frameworks.
• Assisting in the design and review of smart contracts related to treasury and liquidity management.
• Tracking market conditions and DeFi protocols to inform strategic liquidity decisions.
• Preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in treasury management, liquidity analysis, or financial operations, ideally within blockchain or DeFi environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret on-chain data and blockchain metrics.
• Familiarity with smart contract mechanics and DeFi liquidity protocols.
• Experience working with blockchain analytics tools and financial modeling software.
• Solid understanding of compliance considerations in treasury and liquidity management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field preferred.

Bonus Points

• Experience with automated market makers (AMMs), liquidity mining, or staking protocols.
• Prior involvement in treasury or risk management for crypto projects or decentralized protocols.
• Knowledge of real-world asset tokenization and property-backed financial products.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks affecting crypto treasury operations.
