We’re looking for an Institutional Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts targeting institutional investors, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders. This role combines deep marketing expertise with an understanding of blockchain and real-world asset finance to craft compelling narratives, drive engagement, and build LiquiState’s reputation in global institutional markets.

The Role

We are hiring an Institutional Marketing Manager to own LiquiState’s marketing strategy for institutional audiences. You will develop and execute campaigns, content, and communications designed to engage investors, partners, and regulators globally. Your role is to position LiquiState as the leading compliant platform for programmable real-world asset finance through storytelling, thought leadership, and targeted outreach.

You will collaborate closely with product, business development, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts align with LiquiState’s mission and regulatory standards.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies targeting institutional investors and partners.
• Crafting compelling content, whitepapers, presentations, and case studies that communicate LiquiState’s value proposition.
• Managing digital marketing channels, including social media, newsletters, and industry forums.
• Organizing and representing LiquiState at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
• Building and maintaining relationships with media, analysts, and industry influencers.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing aligns with product developments and compliance requirements.
• Measuring and reporting on marketing campaign effectiveness and KPIs.
• Driving thought leadership initiatives to elevate LiquiState’s brand and market position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in institutional marketing, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or financial services.
• Deep understanding of institutional investor needs, real-world asset finance, and compliance landscapes.
• Strong skills in content creation, digital marketing, and event management.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, business development, and compliance teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical and financial concepts into clear, compelling messages.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.

• Experience marketing blockchain or DeFi products to institutional audiences.
• Prior exposure to real estate finance or asset-backed securities marketing.
• Strong network in institutional investor circles, media, or industry analyst communities.
• Multilingual capabilities, especially Spanish or Mandarin.
